New energy vehicle connectors to achieve its high performance requirements mainly rely on strict design specifications, such as in the case of exposure to prevent high pressure to break down the air, which needs to retain a certain air gap; In the case of high voltage and high current, the temperature rise cannot exceed the rated value; When selecting the housing material, it is necessary to consider the weight, strength and ease of processing, and how to maintain the stability of the material properties of the connector terminals at different temperatures and how to ensure the necessary conductivity need to be considered.
